Ford Motor Co. will recall more than 1 million vehicles sold in the U.S. and Canada due to a software error that could cause the rearview camera’s in-dash display to malfunction, with least one minor collision alleged to have been caused by the issue.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports 1,075,299 U.S.-sold vehicles are affected; NHTSA’s Canadian counterpart, Transport Canada, says 159,135 vehicles will be recalled there.

The recall includes numerous Ford and Lincoln models built between 2021 and 2024, including the Ford Bronco, Edge, Escape, Expedition, F-250, F-450, F-550, F-600, Mustang and Mustang Mach-E, Ranger and Transit and the Lincoln Corsair, Nautilus and Navigator.
