Atlantic Coast Automotive Group of Miami Lakes, Fla., has acquired all three of Lithia Motors Inc.’s West Virginia stores in a deal brokered by Dave Cantin Group, which refers to the transaction as a “key strategic divestiture” in a statement.

The stores that changed hands are Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Morgantown, Ford Lincoln of Morgantown and Subaru of Morgantown. The CJDR and Subaru stores sit on adjacent lots on Mileground Road and the Ford Lincoln dealership is located several miles to the west off U.S. Route 79.

Past transaction reports indicate Miami Lakes, Fla.-based Atlantic Coast operated at least 90 dealerships in Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York and Virginia prior to the acquisition of the West Virginia dealerships.
