The National Automobile Dealers Association’s latest annual National & Regional Trends in Compensation Benefits & Retention Report is now available, offering new insights into how dealers are recruiting, paying and retaining their employees.

The report, more commonly known as the NADA Dealership Workforce Study, is available to NADA members for $599. Regional and national metrics include compensation, turnover, retention, benefits, hiring and demographics.

“NADA knows that dealers today face numerous challenges, including high employee turnover, difficulties in recruitment, and the constant pressure to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving market,” officials write in a release. “These demands deplete valuable resources and significantly impact overall dealership performance and profitability. Understanding workforce trends and leveraging data-driven insights are crucial steps in effectively addressing these issues.”
