Hendrick Acquires Pair of North Carolina Highline Stores From Paramount
Hendrick Automotive Group announced the acquisition of Foreign Cars Italia of Charlotte and Foreign Cars Italia of Greensboro, N.C., from Paramount Automotive Group.
In a release, Hendrick chairman and CEO Rick Hendrick says he is a longtime admirer of Paramount’s owner, Benny Yount, and the business and “people-first” culture Yount created.
“We’re committed to building on Foreign Cars Italia’s tremendous track record with discerning customers and providing the world-class experience they deserve and expect,” Hendrick writes. “These are the cars many people dream of, and we’re thrilled to offer them here in the Carolinas.”
The two stores include eight franchises for six marques: Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari, Maserati and Porsche; the first five are new additions to Hendrick’s portfolio, bringing the 140-store group’s brand count to 31.
