APCO Adds New Jersey Agency to Acquisition List
Fidelity Dealer Services of Northern New Jersey is the latest in a series of agency acquisitions announced by APCO holdings. Founded in 2005, Fidelity will operate under APCO’s EasyCare brand, joining the recently acquired Dealer Performance Group of Roswell, Ga.
“Fidelity Dealer Services was built on one principle — put the dealer first and deliver results that stick,” writes the agency’s president, Greg T. Scarano, in a release. “Joining the EasyCare family gives our team access to a broader platform and deeper resources, which means we can do even more for the dealers we serve. I’m proud of what we’ve built, and I’m excited about what comes next.”
Fidelity becomes the third agency to join the APCO family since the acquisition of Georgia Wheelz last month, part of a strategy to grow “with partners who share its values around performance, service and long-term dealer relationships,” according to the release.
“The Fidelity team have spent nearly 20 years doing things the right way — building real relationships and delivering real results for dealers,” says APCO President Courtney Hoffman. “Bringing Fidelity Dealer Services into EasyCare is a natural fit, and I’m confident our combined teams will immediately strengthen what we offer to dealers in the markets they serve.”
