Georgia Wheelz has been acquired by APCO Holdings, a leading F&I product and dealer solutions provider and home of the EasyCare and GWC Warranty brands.

In a release, executives describe Georgia Wheelz as a “respected” agency that has earned the loyalty of independent auto dealers throughout the Southeast.

“Georgia Wheelz has built a strong reputation by helping dealers succeed through relationships, service and consistent execution,” APCO President Courtney Hoffman says. “Bringing their experienced team together with GWC creates an even stronger foundation to support independent dealers across the region. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and confident this alignment will deliver immediate value to our dealers and partners.”

The agency is based in Eatonton, Ga., about 90 minutes from APCO’s Norcross, Ga., headquarters; APCO also has offices in Florida and Ohio.
