Keys Inc. has announced an exclusive partnership with Levels Inc., developer of the upcoming Levels Dealer OS. An integration will allow dealers to identify the correct key or fob for any vehicle in their system and connect with a qualified locksmith — all within a single workflow, according to a release.

Vehicle information already present inside Levels Dealer OS serves as the starting point for Keys AI, which is built to identify compatible OEM and aftermarket key options based on vehicle year, make, model, VIN, transponder technology and programming requirements. The system is designed to eliminate the multistep process dealers typically navigate when a trade-in arrives with one key, a vehicle needs an additional fob before delivery, or a replacement key requires programming.

Levels Dealer OS is scheduled to go live September 1, with additional partnership and integration announcements expected ahead of launch.
