Asbury Automotive Group and its sell-side representative, Kerrigan Advisors, announced the sale of Larry H. Miller Ford, LHM Chevrolet and LHM Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Provo, Utah, to Salt Lake Valley Auto Group.

Earlier this month, Asbury sold Larry H. Miller Toyota of Lemon Grove to Vaughan Automotive, exiting the California market in the process. Asbury acquired Larry H. Miller Dealerships in 2021.

Prior to the acquisition of the Provo stores, the family-owned Salt Lake Valley Auto Group operated four dealerships in Salt Lake City and neighboring West Valley City.
