QoreAI Launches Unified AI Data Platform With Lokam.ai as First Partner

QoreAI has launched what it’s calling the first unified data infrastructure platform purpose-built for automotive retail, naming voice AI company Lokam.ai as its first native agentic application partner.
The platform consolidates DMS, CRM, inventory, payroll and digital advertising data into a single, dealer-owned data layer, according to a release. Rather than adding to a dealership’s technology footprint, executives say, QoreAI’s plug-and-play model is designed to replace the fragmented stack of siloed tools most currently run.
“Every major technology wave produces one infrastructure company that wins by owning the data layer,” writes QoreAI CEO Todd Smith. “Dealers today are running 12, 15, sometimes 20 separate tools, each one creating its own data silo — QoreAI is the platform that ends that era.”
Lokam.ai operates natively on QoreAI’s data layer, enabling its autonomous voice agents to re-engage unsold leads and follow up with service customers without a separate integration, per the release. Lokam.ai went live last week, backed by its first retail client, New Jersey’s World Auto Group.
