ZT Automotive Acquires Four Florida Dealerships From Maus Family
Houston-based ZT Automotive has entered the Florida market with the acquisition of four Tampa Bay-area franchises from Maus Family Automotive, growing its footprint to 16 stores. ZT also owns dealerships in Texas, Alabama and Georgia.
The acquired rooftops are Maus Acura of North Tampa, Maus Nissan of North Tampa, Maus Nissan of New Port Richey and Maus Nissan of Brooksville.
ZT was represented by Dave Cantin Group, which describes the Sunshine State as “one of the most desirable and dynamic markets in U.S. auto retail” in a release.
