Dealership Veteran and Tech Entrepreneur Launch DealerCortex AI

Nick Ouritski, a former New Jersey independent dealer group CEO with 21 years of automotive experience, and Jeff Lassen, founder of Rite Way Transport Group, have launched DealerCortex AI, an agentic operating system designed to connect inventory, acquisition, CRM, calls, advertising and market data into a single intelligence layer across the dealership.
The platform runs specialized AI agents that continuously observe, diagnose, recommend and activate across departments, feeding outcomes back into the system so each decision informs the next. The founders say eight dealerships are enrolled at launch, and a mobile app is live on the Apple App Store.
“Most dealerships don’t have a data problem. They have data everywhere,” Ouritski writes in a release. “Inventory has one system. CRM has another. Advertising has another. Every department sees a piece of the dealership, but nobody — and no system — sees the entire thing at once. DealerCortex was built to change that.”
“When Nick showed me DealerCortex, I wrote a check within minutes,” Lassen says. “This isn’t AI slapped onto dealership software. This is agentic AI designed around how a dealership actually operates. The entire store starts working off one brain.”
