Ford’s Dealer Technology division has added myKaarma as a preferred partner, giving service departments a factory-endorsed suite of AI-based video inspection tools.

myKaarma is home to the ServiceCart Premium Video MPI system, which allows technicians to use their mobile devices to record, review and share inspection videos. ServiceCart pairs with myKaarma’s Tech Video Grader, a connected service experience designed to promote efficiency, transparency and engagement, all according to a release.
