New Partnership Pairs Blink AI Service Scheduling With Spiffy OS

Blink AI Automotive and Spiffy have partnered to combine Blink AI’s service customer engagement and scheduling capabilities with Spiffy’s mobile operating system.
By joining forces, executives say, the companies can help dealers offer a “seamless, end-to-end” mobile experience that makes scheduling easy for service customers as well as fixed ops personnel.
“Mobile service is becoming an essential part of how dealers and OEMs extend convenience and access for their customers,” writes Blink AI Automotive CEO Dave Perry in a release. “By bringing together intelligent scheduling with proven mobile service execution, this partnership helps dealers deliver a seamless experience that benefits customers, dealer teams and OEM programs alike.”
The news follows November’s announcement that Blink AI integrated with Tekion to add the latter’s service engagement tools.
