AI-powered auto retail technology provider Spyne has integrated its Vini AI sales and service engagement agent with VinSolutions, Cox Automotive’s proprietary CRM platform, allowing dealers to manage AI-driven customer engagement without leaving their existing workflow.

The integration allows Vini AI’s calling, chat, appointment scheduling and follow-up communication to run within VinSolutions, with every interaction automatically written back to the CRM in real time, all according to a release.

Executives say users will enjoy full customer context at every touchpoint without manual data entry or system-switching.
