CEO Jay Vijayan announced the addition of three new agents to Tekion’s AI Suite and the launch of Tekion One, a new customer conference and industry event, in a keynote address at this week’s 2026 NADA Show.

“Tekion is excited about delivering a highly secure, unified platform where AI connects every process and role, elevating performance and productivity,” Vijayan said. “We’re proud of the value we’re delivering with our agentic and embedded AI purpose-built for real-world dealership performance and consumer experience.”

The new agents are Scheduler AI, an appointment scheduler that offers “360-degree” customer profiles; Technician AI, an AI assistant for service technicians and writers; and T1, a dealer-facing conversational AI solution designed to tap multiple dealership data sources.

Set for June 15–17 at Resorts World Las Vegas, the inaugural Tekion One will host “dealers, OEMs, partners and industry leaders” for demos and technology deep dives, according to a release.
