Justin Gasman has agreed to serve as master of ceremonies for September’s AI Dealer Agent Conference, bringing extensive, hands-on F&I and training expertise to the inaugural three-day event, which kicks off on Wednesday, Sept. 9, at Midtown Atlanta’s Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center.

“Artificial intelligence is transforming automotive retail, but the dealers who win won’t simply have the best technology. They’ll have the best people using it,” said Gasman. “I’m honored to emcee an event dedicated to exploring how AI can make our industry smarter, more efficient and more customer-focused while never losing sight of the human relationships that drive long-term success.”

Gasman joined Reahard & Associates as a senior training consultant in 2023 after a 20-plus-year dealership career. He began to build a national profile as an author and speaker while still working as a top-producing F&I professional.
