ACGX Launches Character-Based AI Marketing Platform

Alliance Creative Group has added a new, automated marketing and customer engagement solution that uses AI characters to assist dealership website visitors.

ACGX offers a number of stock characters to choose from — including the assertive and patriotic Buckley McFreedom — and the ability to create custom characters. All are trained to reflect the dealership’s brand voice and real-time inventory and promotional information.

In a release, executives say the “always-on” characters can answer questions, qualify leads and book demos.

“Car dealerships are sitting on massive amounts of traffic and leads that go underutilized,” writes ACGX CEO Paul Sorkin. “Our AI Characters are designed to turn passive website visitors into active conversations — helping dealerships convert more prospects without increasing headcount or ad spend.”
