ActivEngage AI Suite Promises to Put People First

ActivEngage has added a suite of AI tools designed to advance the consumer engagement provider’s mission to “enhance the human connection, not replace it” for auto dealers.
“We’ve been very deliberate about how we use AI from the start,” writes ActivEngage CEO Ted Rubin in a release. “Our goal isn’t automation or ‘AI’ just so we can use the phrase in our marketing. It’s to leverage AI to build better relationships and sell more cars through real conversations.”
To that end, executives say, the ActivEngage AI Suite was designed to increase the quality and quantity of inbound and outbound engagements and relay the customer’s intent to dealership workers.
“The industry standard of 20% hallucinations is unacceptable to us,” Rubin adds. “It erodes trust quietly, and customers disengage. Our approach ensures more consistently accurate AI-assisted conversations.”
