DAS: New ‘Hyper-Personalized’ AI Videos Turn Shoppers Into Customers

The newest addition to DAS Technology’s Consumer Data and Experience Platform is AI-powered, “hyper-personalized” videos designed to help dealers engage car shoppers with tailored content, the company announced.
Executives say the new tool creates sales, trade-in and appointment-scheduling opportunities. Videos include the shopper’s name, current vehicle and equity situation, among other details, facilitated by CRM and DMS data integration.
