AutoTrainer’s John Finocchiaro and Joel Kansanback of Strategic Dealer Advisors will team up to present “You Can’t Be in Every Finance Office, But AI Can: The Agent’s Playbook for Higher PVR and Infinite Capacity” at the inaugural AI Dealer Agent Conference, organizers announced.

The two CEOs bring a rare combination of perspectives to the AIDAC stage, says show chair and publisher David Gesualdo. “John and Joel have earned stellar reputations as thought leaders in the tech and agency spaces, respectively, and they will make a dynamic duo for what promises to be a memorable session.”

The pair will offer insights into the development of AI-powered F&I training technology and advice for onboarding the platform of their choice and maximizing agency and dealership returns.

“AI is a powerful generalist,” Finocchiaro says. “Winning agents make it a specialist for the finance office. Generic gets you noise, specialist gets you PVR.”

AIDAC 2026 will be held Sept. 9–11, 2026, at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center in Midtown Atlanta. “The Agent’s Playbook for Higher PVR and Infinite Capacity,” one of four sessions that count toward onsite ACE AI Agent certification, will begin at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 10.
