IgniteUps.ai has introduced NEXUS, an AI performance manager built to coordinate a dealership’s connected AI agents across sales, service, customer follow-up and internal communications from a single, plain-language interface.

Rather than logging into individual AI tools separately, a dealership manager can give NEXUS an objective — “build a weekend sales push” — and NEXUS breaks it into tasks, assigns them to connected agents, coordinates execution across departments, creates supporting content and reports back, according to a release. NEXUS uses direct connectors to CRM and DMS platforms and its own computer environment for browser-based workflows those connectors don’t cover.

“Orchestration is a core part of the technology,” writes Joe Simmons, IgniteUps.ai’s co-founder and CTO. “A task might require information from the CRM, context from DMS data, work inside another application, and an AI agent to handle the communication.
