Lotlinx has launched LotGPT, a new AI chatbot designed to serve as a personal dealer advisor, backed by historic VIN-level and shopper data and billed as an industry first.

LotGPT processed more than 92,000 queries in its pilot phase, according to a release, including VIN-based questions such as “Which vehicles are most at risk of aging out?” as well as market insights (“How does my vehicle pricing compare with local competitors?”) and merchandising optimization (“Rate my VDP”).
