Miller Named President of Nordis

Nordis Technologies COO Nicole Miller has added the role of president to her duties as founder and CEO Ronnie Selinger steps back from leading day-to-day operations to focus on long-term strategy, the company announced.
“Nicole is a skilled leader. She brings not only intelligence and discipline to the business but also a deep sense of care, connection and purpose in how she leads people,” Selinger writes in a release. “She has been a true partner in shaping where we are today and where we are going.”
Nordis offers dealer-facing, AI-powered omnichannel communications and payment solutions. Miller joined the company as a vice president in 2018 after serving as COO of an employee engagement-focused AI startup. The author of “Keys to the Men’s Room” has also served in leadership positions at Zoom+Care, CarePayment and Experian Healthcare.
“As we continue to innovate, automate, streamline and scale, we are keeping our focus on enabling clients to meet changing consumer and industry expectations while delivering more engaging people-first billing and payment experiences,” Miller says.
Last month, Nordis released a free, four-step guide to AI implementation for auto dealers.
