New Toma Tool Helps AI Learn From Live Dealership Conversations

Toma’s new intelligence layer and training tool, Toma IQ, was designed to allow AI agents in use at dealerships to continuously learn and evolve by listening in on phone conversations between customers and human workers.
In a release, executives with Toma — which offers “AI Coworkers” for a variety of use cases — say Toma IQ reviews every call to learn how dealership workers and their managers address and resolve common situations.
