ReyRey Adds Intermedia Call Activity to Spark AI Data Layer

Reynolds and Reynolds has partnered with AI-powered cloud communications provider Intermedia to add real-time phone call activity to Reynolds’s proprietary Spark AI unified data layer.

Dealers using Reynolds’s FOCUS CRM can opt to allow the Intermedia/Spark AI data feed to automatically update customer records. The partnership also enhances such AI tools as Rey, the AI assistant Reynolds launched last year, as well as its CRM Advisor and Prospect AI solutions, executives say in a release.

“Whether it’s providing excellent customer service or securing a lead before the competition does, speed is key to success,” writes Scott Santana, executive vice president of product management for Reynolds and Reynolds. “Finding ways to put the right information in front of the salesperson, the moment they need it — and eliminating the need to hunt for it — is the kind of efficiency that makes a real difference.”
