Famed F&I trainer Ron Reahard will challenge agents to reexamine and reframe their agency’s value proposition in the AI age in a workshop at the inaugural AI Dealer Agent Conference, organizers announced.

“Artificial intelligence is transforming the world and our industry,” says Reahard, the founder of Reahard & Associates and a member of the F&I Hall of Fame. “Every agent needs to seize this opportunity to empower their dealers, elevate the customer experience, and increase their value. Adapting to this new landscape is not optional — it’s a necessity!”

The three-day event kicks off on Wednesday, Sept. 9, at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center in Midtown Atlanta. Reahard’s workshop, “Supporting Dealer Clients — What Are You Bringing?,” will begin at 10:05 a.m. the following day.

Reahard’s objective is to arm agents with a five-point plan to leverage newly available AI-powered insights to transform the F&I process to the benefit of agents, dealers and car buyers.
