New AI Conference Draws Agents, Providers, Thought Leaders to Atlanta

Organizers of the AI Dealer Agent Conference announced that 55 agents representing many of the industry’s top agencies were joined by more than 100 AI and F&I executives and thought leaders at last week’s inaugural event.

Midtown Atlanta and the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center played host to the three-day conference, which was designed to equip agents with a working knowledge of AI and introduce them to prospective partners offering AI-powered dealership solutions — including tech startups as well as established F&I product and service providers.

“Whether you were an attendee, speaker or sponsor, you came to AIDAC with a shared belief that agents are and will remain the power brokers of our industry,” says David Gesualdo, longtime industry publisher and the event’s show chair. “We couldn’t be more pleased with the feedback we received onsite and we can hardly wait to start planning the next conference.”

The three-day, single-track agenda included electric keynote addresses, a lively panel discussion and four workshops leading up to a review session and online exam for the ACE AI Agent certification that was offered free of charge to attendees.

“In all our discussions with prospective speakers, the keyword was ‘value’ — what can we offer that will make the investment in AIDAC pay dividends for agents?” says Tariq Kamal, publisher of Dealer Agent News and AI Dealer News, who served as advisory board chair. “To all those who made the trip, I hope you left Atlanta with a playbook for 2027 and beyond.”
