Vehicle protection product and program provider Endurance Dealer Services announced the promotions of Eric Gilliam to senior vice president of sales and Eric Radford to vice president of sales.

In a release, EDS President Aaron Segal notes Gilliam and Radford have been with the company for 11 years and three years, respectively, developing deep industry knowledge and agent and dealer relationships that have sharpened the company’s sales strategy and contributed to its growth.

“Over the past 11 years, Eric Gilliam has become one of the most experienced and trusted members of our team, with deep industry knowledge and extensive agent and dealer relationships. He has long been someone we rely on, and this new role gives him the opportunity to bring that experience into a broader leadership capacity,” Segal writes. “Eric Radford brings more than 24 years of industry experience, along with strong market knowledge, established relationships and an ability to connect with people that makes him a valuable resource for our partners and our team. I’m excited to see both of them take this next step.”
