Make Me an Expert: AIDAC Agenda Puts Agents in Charge of AI

AI Dealer Agent Conference organizers have unveiled the upcoming event’s full agenda, offering a full slate of keynotes, workshops and a panel discussion, all staffed by many of the AI and F&I industry’s leading experts.
But the three-day event is not limited to F&I, says David Gesualdo, AIDAC show chair and a longtime industry publisher.
“F&I will be a recurring theme, but not the only theme,” he says. “We saw no reason to limit our scope, because AI touches every aspect of the dealership and agency enterprise.”
The agenda for the inaugural events touches on such topics as:
- The basics of AI, including terminology and applications
- How AI is modernizing training and claims adjudication
- Agent playbooks for implementation at dealerships and agencies
- AI-generated compliance issues and concerns
The schedule culminates with a review session and exam for ACE AI Agent certification, offered free of charge to registered attendees.
“In conversations with the board and our speakers, the keyword was ‘value,’” says Tariq Kamal, publisher of Dealer Agent News and AI Dealer News and chair of the AIDAC advisory board. “We believe this agenda delivers real value for the agents who attend, and we look forward to getting to work in Atlanta.”
AIDAC 2026 will be held Sept. 9–11 at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center. Click here to view the agenda. To secure accommodations in the event’s hotel room block, click here by midnight tonight.
