PCMI has launched Claims Intelligence, a new framework built into its PCRS administration platform and designed to add efficiency to the claims adjudication process by combining the powers of AI and automation.

Claims Intelligence includes three core offerings: Automation IQ to automate routine claims decisions, Insights IQ to inform claims decisions, strategy and trend analysis, and Workforce IQ to optimize claim routing, workloads and escalations.

“This launch marks a shift in what the industry should expect from its software,” writes PCMI CEO Mark Nagelvoort in a release. “We’re giving claims teams more than just tools, we’re giving them intelligence. It’s the difference between keeping up and getting ahead.”
