StoneEagle’s Pencilwrench Gets New Repair Story Experience

StoneEagle will debut Flex Story, a new repair story experience for its Pencilwrench fixed ops documentation solution, at next month’s NADA Show 2026.
Flex Story was built to help users keep pace with advancing in-vehicle technology, executives say, highlighting the pivotal role repair stories play in creating proper documentation as well as protecting fixed ops revenue and facilitating warranty reimbursement.
“For years, Pencilwrench has helped technicians translate their work into consistent, reliable repair stories,” writes StoneEagle CEO Cindy Allen in a release. “This new experience reflects how vehicles and diagnostics have evolved.
